Obi-Wan Kenobi : Director says that it was planned as a Film Trilogy .

His origins, thoughts about Darth Vader, and initial character arc are all explored by literary critics in a variety of venues. In many discussions, he is classified as an unreliable narrator – that is, he sometimes tells the story from an idealized perspective while other times from another perspective entirely. His own approval or disapproval of various events and characters changes throughout the narrative; these changeable perceptions have been seen to make Kenobi some kind of “haunted hero”.

What is the plot of the story ?

Obi-Wan Kenobi is a character in the fictional “Star Wars” universe, portrayed in films by English actor Ewan McGregor. The character is introduced in the 1999 film “Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace”, the first entry in the prequel trilogy. He’s an influential figure from the earlier “Star Wars” films  . As well as a main character in both trilogies.

Who is in the cast ? What role did each character portray ?

The cast include Hayden Christensen , Ewan McGregor , Samuel L. Jackson , Ian McDiarmid , Christopher Lee, Frank Oz, and Jimmy Smits. The character played by Christensen has been given the most attention in the press, and it’s not difficult to see why. He is the only “Star Wars” character in the mix who isn’t a Jedi: his predecessor was Anakin Skywalker, who became Darth Vader.

What are the difficulties they face ?

The difficulties that the character faces are the new ones he faces in the prequel trilogy. Unlike his counterpart in the original trilogy. Luke Skywalker, who is a Jedi, Kenobi’s background is not portrayed for most of the film .  And it is only at a later point in the film that he becomes a Jedi master. Obi-Wan Kenobi’s background is introduced very late in “Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace” when Qui-Gon Jinn, played by Liam Neeson , says to Padmé Amidala, played by Natalie Portman , that Kenobi is “the wisest man in this galaxy”.

Who is the antagonist ? What are its motives ?

Obi-Wan Kenobi, as a character in the “Star Wars” prequel trilogy, goes through a few different stages of character development. He is first portrayed as a calm, capable individual who seeks to help his friend Anakin Skywalker and Amidala Amidala (Natalie Portman) in their mission on Naboo. He saves Anakin Skywalker’s life during the Battle of Naboo. When Anakin initially discovers that Obi-Wan had killed the Tusken Raiders on Tatooine, he blames Obi-Wan for acting hastily and in self defense . But upon seeing that Qui-Gon Jinn was only defending himself from Maul’s attack . He accepts this point of view and reconciles with his former master.

What are the epic scenes ?

The first epic scene is when Anakin discovers Padmé Amidala’s true identity in her quarters. This scene is the first time that Obi-Wan Kenobi has ever been portrayed as a mentor figure for Luke Skywalker; this is apparent since he compares the shock of Anakin’s discovery to that of Luke when Obi-Wan tells them that they need to save their friend, Princess Leia. The second epic scene occurs during Anakin and Obi-Wan’s final battle with Darth Maul and Savage Opress, also known as Darth Maul: Death Watch. Obi-Wan Kenobi is a character in the fictional “Star Wars” universe. The character was portrayed by the late Sir Alec Guinness in the original trilogy and, later, Ewan McGregor in the prequel trilogy.

Would you recommend watching this ?

I would recommend watching this because it gives more insight into the character Anakin Skywalker. Which is something that only the prequel trilogy was able to explore .  And because it shows how far Obi-Wan Kenobi has come from being a Padawan to a Jedi master. Thanks for reading !
