The themes include Space Ranger Buzz Lightyear, his robot companion, Alpha-7, and the evil villain Emperor Zurg. Each of them has a life lesson to learn. The theme is to always be yourself and never give up, never give in and just stay strong. The moral message is that everybody can make a difference in life, even if it’s just one person who makes a difference then the world would be a better place. The villain has evil motives to use Dr. Blowhole so he can implant people with love circuits which are bombs that are programmed with an artificial personality, Zurg’s personality, for them all to be under his dominion and obey him as his slaves of course, kind of like an army or something. The main protagonist is Buzz Lightyear because he is a space ranger and he has a faithful robot companion named Alpha-7.
