About The Live-Action Pokemon Show:
A Netflix live-action Pokemon show is reportedly in the works from one of the minds behind Lucifer.
According to a Variety report, the show will be written and executive produced by Joe Henderson. This is interesting considering Pokémon’s child-friendly content. Currently, Netflix features a bunch of content with the Pokémon franchise. Some examples are the TV show Pokémon: Indigo League and the video game series Pokémon Journeys. There are also several Pokemon movies found on Netflix as well.
Netflix wants to become a go-to service for Pokémon fans. Created by Satoshi Tajiri in 1995, Pokémon has become a worldwide sensation among the global population. Pokémon could be in good hands with Netflix, as it has an established track record of adapting games like The Witcher and Castlevania.
