NCIS Role? We know far everything!

A lot of people were left puzzled last season when it seemed that Gibbs had retired, but we now know what his NCIS role will be in the upcoming 19th season. In a recent interview with TVLine, showrunner Gary Glasberg revealed that “Gibbs is back on active duty and as team leader.” This means he’ll once again lead the agents Abby Sciuto (Pauley Perrette), Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly), and Eleanor Bishop (Emily Wickersham).

Since Mark Harmon departed from the series earlier this year to star in another CBS drama, many have been speculating about who would take over directing duties. We recently learned however that Glasberg has also departed for health reasons so new showrunner, James Hayman will be taking over.

The 19th season of NCIS is set to air this fall on CBS but other than that no release date has been announced yet. All we know for sure however is that Gibbs’ return as team leader means more scenes with him and DiNozzo together which should make fans happy!

What’s next for Gibbs’ replacement?

There has been much speculation about who might take over as lead investigator following Ducky’s retirement from the team. In fact, many names have come up including Pauley Perrette (Abby) and Michael Weatherly (Tony). However, we still don’t know yet whether any of these actors are being considered or not. What is the plot?

NCIS Season 19 is the nineteenth season of NCIS. The show airs on CBS and tells the story of an elite team that specializes in solving crimes that involve espionage, terrorism, sabotage, or a military connection. They work for Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS).

The plot revolves around Gibbs’ return to lead the agents Abby Sciuto (Pauley Perrette), Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly), and Eleanor Bishop (Emily Wickersham). There’s been a lot of speculation about the identity of Gibbs’ replacement, but all will soon be revealed when Mike and Pauley enter as New characters for season 19! The full cast list is said to include many new faces including Matthew Willig (The Amazing Spiderman), Jacqueline Obradors (Gossip Girl), and Sharni Vinson (Insidious).

NCIS has aired since 2003 with 350 episodes in total over 18 seasons – this means that we know far everything! Fans are eagerly awaiting the final episode before NCIS closes its doors on TV. It looks like they’ll have to wait until 2019 at least before it returns.

When is NCIS season 19 release?

NCIS Season 18 was the final in the series. but On April 15, NCIS season 19 was confirmed to return for another season.

We don’t know yet but we’d be pleasantly surprised if NCIS season 19 was a part of the 2021–22 CBS lineup.
