What is the plot of season 4?

Season four of The Outpost will follow the themes set up in seasons one and two, but with a whole new level of intensity. We find our heroes fighting to save their way of life from David Callahan (played by Ian Tracey) who is now Governor after his assassination attempt on President-elect MacCallum failed. His plans are more devious than ever before as he sets out to systematically destroy anyone or anything that could be detrimental to him achieving absolute power – even if it means mass genocide. Wearing his disdain for democracy like a badge, David has managed to take over most facets of society, including all media outlets and the military while also building an underground militia network recruiting supporters at every turn through fear tactics and strategic alliances with China.
