The antagonist of the story is the family’s patriarch, Murray Goldberg. His main motivates seem to be his own happiness and self-gratification. He’s often shown putting his own needs above those of his wife and children, which leads to conflict within the family. While he does love his family, he often has trouble showing it . This can be frustrating for the other members of the family, but they always end up forgiving him in the end.
Who is the most loved character?
The most loved character in the story is George’s wife, Beverly. She is a loving and supportive wife and mother who always puts her family first. Her positive attitude is infectious and she always manages to make the best out of any situation. There are several epic scenes in the story, but one of the most memorable is when George and Beverly get into a huge argument. The fight escalates until George finally breaks down and cries. It is a very emotional scene that really shows the depth of their relationship.
