Nicolas Cage played the role of Count Dracula, Awkwafina played the role of, Nicholas Hoult played the role of Jonathan Harker, and Stanley Tucci played the role of Van Helsing. Each character brought their own unique energy to the film which helped make it an enjoyable watch.

The challenges faced by the characters in this film are essentially the same as any other romantic comedy. Two people from different worlds must find a way to overcome their differences and come together. In this case, those differences just happen to be that one is a vampire and the other is not .Despite the fact that they are complete opposites, the love between them is strong enough to overcome any obstacle. One of the challenges faced by the characters is finding a way to bridge the gap between their two worlds. Both Harker and Renfield come from very different backgrounds. Harker is a human journalist who has been sent to Transylvania to write about Dracula, while Renfield is a vampire who has been imprisoned by Dracula.
