The King Richard Movie has been in the works for years, but it is finally set to be released. The King Richard movie was supposed to release last year, but due to some setbacks, it had to be pushed back. However, now that all of the problems have been resolved and production has started up again, King Richard will finally make its way onto screens this coming November. About the Movie “King Richard”

King Richard is set to release in November. King Richard is a 2018 American historical drama motion picture directed by David Michôd and written by Matt King, Robin King.

A biographical drama that tells the untold story; of how King Richards III became King; at age ten when his brother abdicated the throne for him to take over as ruler. After living under violent threats from everyone around him for 13 years, he fights back against his enemies to save himself and those closest to him.

To have King Richard released in theaters for Thanksgiving, the studio has been working hard at getting King Richard out on time. The release date was scheduled by Warner Bros. for November 19, 2021.

“King Richard” Speculated Plotline and Story Arc

There are many speculations about King Richard’s plotline. The first one is that King Richard will be based on the third book of “The Dark Tower” series by Stephen King, which has not yet been written. Other sources said it would be an original story. Some others even claimed King Richard to have a horror genre with some twists in its storyline. There were also rumors saying King Richard might adapt into a TV Series instead, but these are just all hearsays for now until Warner Bros or any other studio releases an official statement regarding this movie adaptation project.

As of today, there isn’t much-known news about King Richard’s cast since most of them haven’t had their roles confirmed so far. King Richard’s plot is also being kept under wraps, but rumors are saying King Richard would be a prequel of Stephen King’s The Dark Tower series with Idris Elba reprising his role as Roland Deschain, the Gunslinger.
