What’s the deal? When is Swat Season 5 coming out? I’m so excited to find out what happens next. I think that this show has been one of my favorites for a long time. It’s no secret that TV shows are expensive and hard to make, but it doesn’t seem like they’re slowing down anytime soon. This might explain why there hasn’t been any movement on the release date for season five yet.

The fifth season of the crime procedural and police drama series will be premiering this Fall on Friday, October 1. With production for the upcoming season starting and having been announced, it’s appropriate that cast members are excited to begin filming. Shemar Moore shared his excitement on Instagram and even teased what’s in store for Season 5 with an enthusiastic post.

Season 5 of the FOX drama has not been given a release date, but fans can expect more information as we get closer to October 1.

S.W.A.T.’s fifth season will premiere in October, but the show’s only airing the first three episodes before taking a break for the global citizen competition series The Activist to take over its Friday night slot starting October 22nd. S.W.A.T.’s schedule this year is changing back to Fridays when it moves from Mondays, but there will be an upside for fans: the season as a whole will be more exciting and amazing than ever before with Shemar Moore’s return.”

The fourth season of  S.W.A.T. ended on some cliffhangers that set up for Season 5, with Shemar Moore’s Hondo demoted to Sergeant and in the process of figuring out what happened while he was away – which is where Mexico is coming into play!

Meanwhile, Alex’s Street had transplant surgery for his mother. Although the surgery went well, he and Lena Esco’s Chris shared a moment before she left for Germany so they might not stay together. Anything can happen with them now that Lena is gone.

Due to the time discrepancy, Season 5 of “Swat” will take place a few months after Season 4’s finale. This leaves plenty of room for all sorts of things that could happen in the interim before we reunite with David and company once again.
