Netflix announced that Ultraman Season 2 is on the horizon – and it’s coming soon. Ever since the show was first released, fans have been waiting for Netflix to renew it. It is not long until the next season of Ultraman arrives. As the trailer shows, this one looks set to be much more exciting than previous ones.

Is Ultraman Season 2 Renewed?

Internationally, Ultraman Season 1 was a huge success among the masses. It even trended for a while after its release. This anticipation led to an increase in demand for more episodes of the TV series. Netflix’s quick and surprising decision to renew the Ultraman anime-only two months after its first release is met with good reviews from Ultraman fans around the world.

A new teaser for Ultraman season two was released on Netflix Asia’s YouTube channel in July 2020. The video has been trending for weeks and is bringing about new information on the next season of Ultraman. Furthermore, season 2 will introduce us to Ultraman Suit version 7.0 and connect the events of season 1 to its finale episode.

Is There a Satisfying Storyline After The Beginning Of New Season?

The Ultra Series encompasses a plethora of productions. Out of all other TV shows and movies, Tsuburaya Productions selected the 2011 Ultraman manhua series for its adaptation. The manga is written by Eiichi Shimizu and illustrated by Tomohiro Yukimuchi. As of April 2020, fifteen volumes have been released. The first season of Ultima Man ended early this year, and it is expected that the 16th book will release soon.

Netflix’s Ultraman anime series covers only the first eight volumes of the comic. They have enough content to produce a second season if they want it. The Ultraman producers might be waiting for enough material in Volume 16 to start a new season, but they lack the requisite amount as of now. However, fans of the show need not worry. There are still plans for a second season of Ultraman.

Ultraman Season 2 Reveals Release Date?

Despite Netflix renewing Ultraman Season 2, the company has not released a concrete release date. The show’s official teaser trailer released in July 2020 only says that it is coming soon. It’s likely that Volume 16 of the manga will release in a couple of months. If that happens, Tsuburaya might not come out with an Ultraman production any time soon. As of right now, the earliest we will be able to premiere Ultraman Season 2 is 2022. We have not yet announced a date for its release, so keep checking back!
