Jurassic World Dominion: This movie rules the Worldwide Box Office Theatre.

Welcome to our world. It’s one thing for the magic of science to bring back . And control the most fearsome (and fantastical) predatory creatures that ever lived . Quite another to figure out how to share this planet with them. This is a Jurassic Park like no other. In the Gobi desert . 20 years after the tragic events of Jurassic World, JP III is still running its now iconic theme park. The first (and last) terror incident occurred in 2018 .  When a mysterious extinction event wiped out many of the park’s life-like dinosaurs. (More on that here). With no signs of a carnivorous dinosaur awakening from extinction and a roster of fan favorites years past their prime  . The JPIII team has put plans for new attractions on hold.

What is the plot of the story ?

It is an alternate Jurassic World story. In this alternative world, in the wake of the events of the first film, a successful attempt to clone dinosaurs has been met with disaster. The dinosaurs that were cloned have developed their own agenda and are now wreaking havoc on the park. At its opening, it appears that JP III has already closed due to a flu outbreak (see above). This will set up a situation where we need a new Jurassic Park.

Who is in the cast ? What role did each character portray ?

The cast include Sam Neill , Laura Dern , Jeff Goldblum , B.D. Wong , Julianne Moore and Ian Malcolm . Dr. Alan Grant – The main protagonist. After the island was destroyed, he became a dinosaur extremist , a supporter of the Jurassic World theme park, and member of Masrani Global . As such, he was sent to evaluate the safety of Jurassic World theme park in the wake of Isla Nublar’s destruction and is currently trapped there with Simon Masrani . He appears in all media except for LEGO Jurassic World . Laura Dern reprised her role from the first film for this film  . And Jeff Goldblum reprised his role from The Lost World: Jurassic Park .

What are the challenges they face ?

This was a very difficult scenario to imagine because it involves the park being overrun by dinosaurs and the main characters being trapped inside. The main character’s goal is to survive while they try to escape. The real theme of this story is that no matter how well you plan for an event, nature can be unpredictable. Every character faces this challenge to themselves. For Dr. Alan Grant, his goal is to survive a dinosaur-filled park while he tries to escape with the rest of the main cast. For Simon Masrani and Vic Hoskins, they need to inject their own agenda in keeping the park running. And for Hoskins, his own agenda is also to escape.

Who is the antagonist ? What are its motives ?

The main antagonist is the Indominus Rex and a secondary antagonist is Simon Masrani. The Indominus Rex was engineered as a hybrid of several species of dinosaurs including Tyrannosaurus rex , Velociraptor , Carnotaurus , Majungasaurus and  also Giganotosaurus . This creature was created by the Masrani Global Corporation . Because they wanted a new attraction that would be the biggest sensation. Their plan was to clone multiple species of dinosaurs and combine them into one hybrid which would have a deadly combination of speed, strength and intelligence. The Indominus Rex itself is one of the most dangerous creations ever created. It can kill humans in seconds and also .It has more intimidating mannerisms too such as aggressive gestures .  And unique behavior traits.

What are the epic scenes ?

The most epic scene is of the Indominus Rex breaking out of its enclosure. It breaks out of its enclosure, hunts down and kills a Velociraptor and then kills 2 Pteranodons which then proceed to attack it. The Indominus Rex is severely wounded but manages to escape. The scene ultimately leads to the main cast being isolated in the Jurassic Park visitor center and it is from this point on that things become very unpredictable.

Would you recommend watching this ?

Yes. This is a great alternative story to watch. It shows the struggles of the park’s staff and  also the fact that even an island full of dinosaurs in Jurassic World can get overrun by dinosaurs. The film also features a new and improved version of the Indominus Rex which is more intelligent, menacing and  also deadlier than ever before. Thanks for reading !
