Everything Everywhere All At Once : Finally heads up to the OTT platforms .

Alyssa wakes up disoriented, and she can’t shake the feeling that something is very wrong. An odd purple dress she’s never seen before drapes over her shoulders. She’s not dressed in it, but she bears the familiar weight of it nonetheless. Alyssa starts to try to piece back together what happened when a glimpse of her own reflection from a nearby window catches her eye. Everything’s changed. Everything is here, but everywhere, at the same time. She can’t say where she is or how she got there. Alyssa can’t remember anything before waking up in the middle of an unfamiliar room.

What is the plot of the story ?

The main character, Alyssa, has always felt like she was a little out of step with everyone around her. Even so, she’s a lot more comfortable in her own skin than she used to be when she was younger. This all changes when an interdimensional wormhole rips itself open inside her that sends her into a parallel universe. She finds herself in the middle of a strange world where just about everything is inexplicably different from our own reality. In this place, magical powers and phenomena are commonplace. All kinds of supernatural creatures and impossible science abound in this strange world.

Who is in the cast ? What role did each character portray ?

The cast include Michelle Yeoh , Stephanie Hsu , Ruco Chan , Niki Chow ,Charmaine Sheh ,Lin Yun ,Mandy Wong and Dino Ho (playing as the main character, Alyssa). Each character portray their own unique role in this movie. Michelle  Yeoh plays the main antagonist in this movie. Stephanie Hsu portrays Alyssa’s best friend, namely Naomi. Ruco Chan plays a character named Zhao Jiun, who is also a love interest of Alyssa. Niki Chow plays the role of Ruby, Alyssa’s younger sister. Charmaine Sheh portrays Alyssa’s mother name as Sophie while Lin Yun portrays the role of her father name as Robert. Mandy Wong shows up as a person name Clarissa who is also one of Alyssa’s best friends and lastly Dino Ho portrays a character named Ken, who is an old friend from childhood that has feelings for her.

What are the difficulties they face ?

Alyssa must adapt to a whole new world that is utterly different from any she has known. A world where magic and powers exist and anything can happen. In this place, it seems like anything could happen. An evil witch who will stop at nothing to get what she wants has her sights set on a powerful god-like artifact with which she plans to plunge the multiverse into chaos. If anyone stands in her way, they’ll be destroyed as well. The themes for this movie are about friendship, magic and the scientific theory on parallel universes. To others, this movie may appear as a fantasy film with the use of special effects but to the characters in this movie, it is reality and destiny. Friendship is still important in this new world as well.

What are the epic scenes ?

The battle scenes takes place in different places such as a mine, a forest and school campus. The main antagonist uses all sorts of magic to attack Alyssa and her friends who stand in her way to destroy them. The battle scenes will be quite violent because of their powers which included magical ability that they can use to defend themselves such as flame blast and magical explosion. The effects for this movie will be produced by Nexus Productions . Every character shows off their magic in the movie from Ruby’s magic spell to Zhao Jiun’s flash step movement. Alyssa also gets to reveal one of her magic as well which is flying. The battle scenes are considered as great due to its fast pace and different camera movements.

Who is the antagonist ? What are its motives ?

Olivia, also known as Olivia Asteroms, a powerful witch who sucks out the life force of anyone she drools on. The movie starts when Alyssa wakes up to discover that everything and everyone around her changed especially her family. She has memory loss and experiences strange things such as magical phenomenon, sorcery and her friends are also changed to become monsters. However, Alyssa must rally her friends to fight against the evil witch named Olivia who is supreme within this world.
