Doctor Strange 2: Plot, Twist, Suspense, Action and everything you need to know.

Doctor Stephen Strange is back and better than ever! Even though the first film had its faults, it still managed to tell a well-written story about magical forces and some of the more interesting Marvel heroes. In recent trailers for Doctor Chris Sanctum, it has been confirmed that the sequel will form a new branch of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, allowing for possible appearances from established characters like Captain America or Thor.

What is the plot of the story ?

A brand-new adventure that will take Dr. Strange to the far corners of the MCU, featuring Benedict Cumberbatch as Stephen Strange, Chiwetel Ejiofor (12 Years a Slave) as Baron Mordo, and Benjamin Bratt as the villainous Kaecilius . The plot has been sold as a “rags to riches” story, where Strange finds himself on the other side of the spectrum to Robert Downey Jr’s Iron Man. You can see how that definition suits Strange, given his character arcs throughout the Marvel Comics.

Who is in the cast ? What role did each character portray ?

The cast include Elizabeth Olsen , Rachel McAdams , Benedict Cumberbatch , Benedict Wong and Scott mckillen. Olsen has a supporting role, as does McAdams. For the first time, Cumberbatch will have the lead role. The villainous Kaecilius has been played in flashback by David Mazouz (Gotham, Batman v Superman). Kieran est une relation entre le Dr Strange dans le Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) et l’inquiétant Kaecilius , un homme épouvantable de grande taille qui a une haine viscérale envers le Docteur.

What are the difficulties they face ?

Chiwetel Ejiofor’s Baron Mordo is fully willing to bite the dust in exchange for revenge. The two powerful sorcerers do not always see eye to eye, and Kaecilius has a lot of anger and hatred towards Dr. Strange for killing his mentor, Kaecilius. Baron Mordo is also bitter about the fact that he does not even have his own Sanctum yet, as he feels that Dr.Strange has earned all of his title and powers despite being barely near as strong or wise as him or Kaecilius .

What are the themes ?

Karelilius and his followers bring a whole new meaning to the phrase “dark magic”. They are like the Joker; they have no regard for human life and want to create chaos at all costs, even if it means killing themselves. Kaecilius does not fight any heroes; he starts a battle with people like himself, who believe in justice and morality. He begins by taking over the London Sanctum, which should have been protected by Mordo. This is why Mordo has such animosity towards Dr. Strange – he thinks that he has stolen his job title as protector of all things in the Marvel universe.

Who is the antagonist ? What are its motives ?

The antagonist is Kaecilius. He is one of the Zealots, who are followers of a dark entity that wants to destroy reality itself. Kaecilius wants to bring back Dormammu and rules over the Zealots with a firm hand. He uses technology and magic together to achieve his goals, which makes him a unique threat in the world of marvel . There are countless epic scenes. The most impressive scene occurs when Kaecilius and his followers attack the New York Sanctum, which is defended by Dr. Strange. The two powerful sorcerers do not always see eye to eye, but in this situation they are forced to work together against their common enemy.

Who is the most loved character ?

The most loved character is Benedict Cumberbatch, who plays Dr. Strange. In the previous film, he was a rather arrogant and selfish character, but in this movie he has become more honest and willing to sacrifice everything to help others. His story arc makes him more principled and likable than any other Marvel hero or villain.

Would you recommend watching this ?

Yes, it is a great film. It has plenty of magical fights, interesting characters and the looming threat of the Dark Magician Kaecilius to keep you entertained. The script is perfectly fine and does not have many errors to speak of. Thanks for reading !
