Barry Season 3 : This season is considered to be the Darkest of all season .

Barry, who kills to earn a living, discovers the joy of acting while he is looking for his target.  However, his handler Fuches doesn’t want that to happen. The man who raped Barry’s mother is the same man who made him into a killer and they need him on the job.

What is the plot of the story ?

Barry is a hitman who is looking for a new life. He finds it in acting class, where he meets the actress Sally and falls in love. Barry wants to leave his killer job behind but his handler Fuches thinks it is too early. So Barry and Fuches have to find a way to convince Sally that Barry’s real job isn’t what he appears, or Barry has to kill again.

Who is in the cast ? What role did each character portray ?

The cast include Bill Hader , Sarah Goldberg , Anthony Carrigan , Jon Daly , Nick Searcy , and Dominic Burgess . Bill Hader portrayed the role of Barry, who kills to earn a living. Sarah Goldberg portrayed the role of Sally, who Barry falls in love with. Anthony Carrigan portrayed the role of Fuches, Barry’s handler. Jon Daly portrayed the role of Barry’s old colleague and rival, Red. Nick Searcy played the role of Joe and Dominic Burgess played the role of Lenny, Barry’s first victim.

What are the difficulties they face ?

Barry has to keep up his act when he is with Sally, but when he’s alone, he can’t resist going back to his old job. Besides, Barry and Sally are getting serious about their relationship. Barry has to be a hitman and an actor at the same time. He has to kill his latest victim, Lenny, and make it look like an accident. But Barry is really falling in love with Sally, who he can’t be with until he leaves his job as a hired killer. And if Barry does his job well, Fuches will let him leave the business for good.

Who is the antagonist ? What are its motives ?

The antagonist was Red, Barry’s old colleague and rival. He has become a mobster and also  wants Barry’s one-time girlfriend to become his wife. He wants to kill Lenny in order to take over his business, which belongs to Barry’s former employer. Barry becomes a hitman again when Fuches tells him that Red killed Sally’s roommate. Red has taken hostages and is about to massacre them all if he doesn’t get his share of the money from Barry’s latest job.

What are the epic scenes ?

The scene where Barry is preparing to kill his latest victim, Lenny, and make it look like an accident. The scene where Barry and Red are fighting for their lives in the office. The scene where Barry is struggling with his feelings for Sally. His final job: he has to kill Red. The guns are loaded with blanks, but they still sound real. Barry’s mother, because she was a woman who had to make a living as a stripper in a club. Later on . She became Barry’s manager. She wanted to meet Sally because she liked her attitude and also her  personality. She liked Barry for being the same way. Barry ended up killing her, accidentally, at the end of season two.

Would you recommend watching this ?

Yes. Definitely! Bill Hader is excellent as Barry. His acting is great, his dialogs are hilarious and his facial expressions are incredible! Sally is played by Sarah Goldberg, who also does a fantastic job! Thanks for reading !
