Avatar: The Last Airbender : Are getting three animated movies all in Production.

The story takes place in a world divided into four nations; each represented by one element – water, earth, fire and air – each with their own bending style and natural powers. The Avatar has to be able to master all these abilities in order to keep balance between them all. It’s about a boy, Aang, who is the last Avatar to be born in a thousand years. If he does not master all the elements soon and get himself killed, all four nations will fight each other, with the cities being destroyed as collateral damage. In order to survive and keep peace, Aang must learn to use waterbending and earthbending against firebenders in an intense battle that will decide his destiny.

What is the plot of the story ?

Aang is an Airbender, who has been frozen in an iceberg for one hundred years while the Fire Nation is trying to conquer the other three nations. Aang escapes and starts his journey to realize his destiny as the Avatar – master of all four elements. He begins by learning waterbending from Katara, a waterbender. Along the way, he meets Toph and Sokka, who join him in his quest to master all four elements before Aang learns that he is being hunted by Zuko, the exiled prince of the Fire Nation.

What are the difficulties they face ?

The main difficulty in this film is to make the transition from the original series to a live action film. The team faced problems with designing costumes for the new characters – Katara and Toph. Each costume was designed by a different artist, leading to several styles and different appearances for the same character. They had difficulties with animating the new characters, especially Fire Nation soldiers and waterbenders. They had difficulties changing Aang’s facial expressions and making him look real as an adult actor. The most loved character of the movie is Zuko. He also appeared in the show before being replaced by Aang. Fans of the show were not too happy when they found out that he would be replaced. In this film, fans got to see more of him and how he was as a kid, which they liked very much.

Who is the antagonist ? What are its motives ?

The antagonist is the Fire Nation. Some people claim the antagonist to be Aang, but it is really Zuko. There were two reasons behind his decision – the fact that he believes that Aang is the Avatar and because he wants to avenge his father, who was killed by Aang. He mistakes Katara for Aang’s love interest and sets out to capture her to give to Zuko. One really epic scene was when Aang is escaping from the Fire Nation, who were about to attack him. He suddenly slides down the mountain, leaving a huge avalanche in his wake. On another scene, a huge fight scene erupted between all four nations, with everyone showing off their bending talents and abilities.
