Caleb’s Turn in Westworld Brings Exciting New Possibilities to the Story
It doesn’t take long for Westworld to delve into the twists and turns that it promised in its trailer. In Episode 2 of this season, entitled “Chestnut,” we were introduced to a new wrinkle in the tale: Bernard Lowe is an android who suffers from glitches that manifest themselves in his flashbacks. And while this twist may not seem like much on its own, it opens up a whole new storyline that could change everything we thought we knew about this world.
Not long after the opening line of narration in Episode 2, which premiered Sunday night, reveals that Dolores is a host and not just a rancher’s daughter, we meet Ford’s new narrative director: Dr. Robert Ford (Anthony Hopkins).
We know that the park’s creator has been busy tinkering with his creations and we discover first-hand just what he’s been up to thanks to Bernard. The most important thing here is that this entire episode plays out in Bernard’s mind as he “sleeps” in his office.
Introduction to the Westworld
The Westworld is a sci-fi western thriller that has been the talk of the town for the past few months. It’s full of new, jaw-dropping revelations and twists that keep viewers on their toes. Get ready to be shocked as your favorite characters are killed off in bloody scenes. Although there is not a single woman in the series, it’s the performances given by the astonishing cast.
The series is based on a 1973 movie of the same name which was adapted from the Michael Crichton novel of the same name. The show was created and directed by Jonathan Nolan, who also wrote most of its episodes as well as a story arc for one character (Dolores Abernathy). Nolan has been working on this project since 2011 and he has had many changes in his mind regarding how it would look. He initially wanted to make it more like SouthLAnd but after reading Michael Crichton’s novel, he decided to make it more like Jurassic Park.

The storyline of the Westworld
Most people have seen at least one episode of Westworld, and just about everyone has expressed their opinion on it. We all agree that the concepts for the show are phenomenal, but there is still room for improvement.
In this article, we’re going to discuss what makes Westworld so great and what needs to be improved to make it even better. We’ll also talk about how a little change could go a long way in enhancing the show’s reception with viewers; thus resulting in higher ratings, more acclaim, and increased viewership… you get the picture.
The actress from Westworld was unaware. The turn in her character was imminent
For more than 20 years, Westworld has captivated millions of fans with its incredibly nuanced plot twists and characterizations.
But one cast member was in the dark about her twist in the show’s third season — she wasn’t expecting it at all. Actress Katja Herbers stars as Elsie Hughes, a technician at Delos who’s on a quest to find her daughter after the young woman disappears. While absorbing plot points this season, Elsie learns that Dolores is an android replica of herself and that she may not be human after all (cue freak out).
“I had no idea that I was going to find anything out,” Herbers told TV Line. “That’s how it happens in Westworld — you’re not allowed to know a lot of what’s going on. You’re very much in the dark so you have to make the best out of it. It was quite an ‘Oh s–t’ moment.”
The notion of “mimicry” is fairly prevalent throughout the first season of Westworld, as characters find out that their human counterparts are more than they appear. At one point, Dr. Robert Ford (Anthony Hopkins) says he can make any character into a human — and several have tried (with disastrous results).
