Disney+’s She-Hulk did not include Spider-Man because of legal issues

Spider-Man wasn’t allowed to appear in Disney+’s She-Hulk because Disney doesn’t want Spider-Man to be in any Marvel TV shows outside of the MCU.
Marvel’s Spider-Man is a popular franchise, but Marvel and Disney are making sure to keep it as exclusive as possible. In an interview with ComicBook.com, She-Hulk herself – actress Mallory Jansen - revealed that Spider-Man was too busy in his narrative to make it into any of the Marvel TV shows taking place outside the MCU.
“Spiderman is not allowed on any Disney+ show,” she said when asked if he would be appearing on her upcoming show She-Hulk.

Story of The She-Hulk
In this climate, it’s no wonder that the live-action adaptation of Marvel’s She-Hulk is still trapped in development limbo. But back in 2003, Marvel Entertainment had high hopes for a big screen outing for their fan-favorite female character – hopes that were silenced when the company was bought out by Disney and vast swathes of its catalog were suddenly deemed less than family-friendly.
Ten years later, the possibility of reviving any property with ties to Marvel’s deeply troubled past remains remote at best… but there are strong reasons to think that She-Hulk deserves a new lease on life.
Tatiana Maslany, of “She-Hulk,” sends her best to her Indian followers on the holiday of Rakhi
The premiere of Marvel’s The Defenders only lasted one episode due to a leak days before the release date. That doesn’t mean the Twitterverse hasn’t been buzzing with support for Maslany’s role as Claire Temple, AKA “She-Hulk.”
There is one particular tweet that is making waves on the internet. It’s posted by actress Tatiana Maslany herself and it reads: “I just want to say thank you India, I love y’all.”
The response was incredible and now social media has gone mad with everyone wishing them a good Rakhi festival! Here’s hoping these two ladies have a fantastic time together.
