The Upcoming Film ‘Purge 6’ Star Confirms With Return Of Fan-Favorite Character

Fans of the Purge series are in for a treat as Frank Grillo will return to play Leo Barnes, who is confirmed to appear in the upcoming movie “Purge 6”. The actor confirmed his return with Entertainment Weekly and talked about how excited he was to come back for what he said would be his final time playing Leo Barnes. Grillo played the character first in The Purge: Anarchy before coming back again for The Purge: Election Year where Leo has become a public figure following an incident on Staten Island. Now, Grillo says that after all this time, it’s easier to play him because he knows him better than anyone else does.  The Purge: Election Year is a horror mystery film written and directed by James DeMonaco. It was released in 2013 and turned out to be the highest-grossing film in the franchise. It gained positive reviews from critics and became an extremely popular film among audiences.
