Sony Upcoming Sci-Fi Action Adventurous Film ‘Madame Web’ Based On Marvel Comic

Madame Web is the name of a superhero created for Marvel Comics. She was an elderly woman who had a psychic connection with Spider-Man and became his ally. Madame Web will be one of Sony’s upcoming sci-fi action feature films based on the Marvel Comic Series, and Sony also has plans to release two movies in total as part of this new shared universe. The first film called “Madame Web” is already scheduled to release worldwide in 2024. It is apparent that Sony plans to create a new franchise from its Spider-Verse if no else than from the fact that they have named the project “Sony’s Spider-Verse” and not “Spider-Man”. Sony’s upcoming science-fiction action film, Madame Web, is based on the Marvel comic of the same name. The title character from the comic is a powerful mutant with strong psychic powers. It is set in an alternate reality which diverges from Earth-616 after Spider-Man and other heroes from Earth-616 follow Morbius to it.

The upcoming film ‘Madame Web’ based on a Marvel comic is scheduled to be released on February 16, 2024, by Sony Pictures Releasing.

About the film? 

Madame Web will be about a powerful and remarkable woman who has an extraordinary connection to spider-man. The Madame Web character in the original comic was created by  Denny O’Neil and John Romita Jr.  She has a psychic link with Spider-Man, although she is not aware of this until it is pointed out by Peter Parker, who becomes her friend in the sequel Madame Web. where she helps Spider-Man defeat the reptilian Looter. Spider-Man and other heroes that came to this universe after he is known as “Exiles”. Morbius is one of these “Exiles”, who also becomes an ally of Madame Web. Instead of using her psychic powers to create deadly weapons, Morbius uses them solely for telepathic communication. He can communicate with the minds of others using their innermost fears and desires. As a result, he gains the nickname “The Living Vampire”. However, he can only communicate with his allies’ minds and not those around him. Madame web will be played by Dakota Johnson in Madame Web’s film.

What fans are expecting from the film? 

According to the fans, they’re looking for a new superhero film with a convincing main character and the possibility of it coming from Sony is quite high. Sony has been known for creating great films with compelling plots and characters. Sony has also been known for creating great movies based on comic books. Some of the greatest superhero movies are from Sony. However, some people are worried about how the film will turn out this time. They think that if it isn’t good then it might ruin Sony’s credibility. Others think that Sony should just stick to making Spider-Man movies. And they think that the other movies are a waste of time and money. Sony has been working on other superhero films such as Silver and Black and Venom. However, most fans believe that these films would do better if they stuck to making Spider-Man movies.
