The Upcoming Sci-Fi Action Film ‘Transformers: Rise of the Beasts’ Trailer Dropped, Optimus Prime And Bumblebee Showing Their Beast Mode

The upcoming sci-fi action movie “Transformers: Rise of the Beasts” trailer dropped, and it looks like Optimus Prime and Bumblebee are going to be putting on some major beast mode. The latest film in the series of action hits, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is due out in theatres this summer. This new trailer features another set of humans (played by Anthony Ramos, Dominique Fishback, Tobe Nwigwe) and a bunch of returning bots (including Optimus Prime) who look ready to take on their toughest opponent yet, Unicron. Also, the trailer shows off a new Autobot/Decepticon faction called the Cybertrons, who use guns and fighter jets. The first Transformers film was released in 2007 and featured Autobots, who came to Earth to protect humans from Decepticons. Since then, there have been seven more films in the franchise. A prequel to the Transformers movie trilogy showed up in 2011, but it was ultimately unsuccessful. Paramount has previously announced plans for a fourth Transformers film and a spinoff truck movie that will focus on Bumblebee. and This will be the seventh instalment in the film series.

Release Date:

The film is scheduled to be released on 9th of June 2023.

What is the film about?

The film is based on the Transformers, who are extraterrestrial robots that can transform into vehicles — in some cases, they turn into weapons as well. The franchise originated as a series of toys created by Hasbro in 1984.  The film is set in 1994 and the Brooklyn-based archaeologists , played by Anthony Ramos and Dominique Fishback, are the main central characters. The new film is set in a world where the Decepticons have conquered Earth and the only robot left fighting is Bumblebee, who finds himself in a time-travelling adventure with the Brooklyn-based archaeologist. Paramount Pictures has previously released information saying that Transformers: Rise of the Beast will take place during an intergalactic war between Autobots and Decepticons, as well as their enemies, who come from Cybertron.

What can we expect from the film?

The film will feature several new characters and a few familiar faces. The antagonists for the film are the Decepticons.  In our opinion, Transformers: Rise of the Beast looks like a joyride packed with action. The new trailer shows Bumblebee, who leads his fellow Autobots on an adventure on Earth to stop Unicron, who is destroying planets in his quest to build a Transformer army that he can use to destroy Cybertron.

What are audiences saying?

Audiences are attracted to the Transformers franchise because of its wide range of characters and high level of action. The original Transformers film was a hit in 2007, but its sequels were not so successful. However, Paramount Studios has been able to earn profits, even with films that did not make as much as their predecessors, because there is still a loyal fan base and the franchise is a known brand name. Additionally, the films have earned more than $7 billion at theatres worldwide. The producers of Transformers: Rise of the Beast hope that this film will draw more audience members in 2023 than it did when it was first released in 2007.
