Netflix Drops The Trailer For The Upcoming Comedy Show ‘That ’90s Show’

Netflix has dropped the trailer for their newest comedy show, “That ’90s Show”. The video shows the main characters moving back in with their parents, trying to figure out what old life is like now. It also reveals that they will be exploring various topics of popular culture from the turn of the millennium: parties, crushes, and break-ups, and even casting a shadow on how it led them to leave home in high school. The show is set to premiere on January 19, 2023. The Netflix comedy was created, directed, and produced by Bonnie Turner and Terry Turner, who served as showrunner for the final seasons of “Tommy Boy”. It stars an ensemble cast that includes: Callie Haverda as Leia Forman, Ashley Aufderheide as Gwen, and Mace Coronel as Jay. The show is a clear throwback to their youth and their most memorable characters. The show returns old favorites of “That ’70s Show”, which include Red Forman, Kitty Forman, Steven Hyde, Eric Forman, and Donna Pinciotti. While some old favorites of the series make appearances in the trailer, the focus is on a new generation of parents who are struggling to make ends meet.

What is the show about? 

The series stars Leia Forman (Callie Haverda), who is desperate to return to the place she grew up, and use the naivety of high school to get by. She is living with her grandparents and trying to get her life started. In the trailer, we see her walking back into her high school, where she is welcomed by familiar faces. The show spans one summer in 1995 as the Forman family comes to terms with growing older, while Leia attempts to prove that she knows what it’s like to be a teenager. This time around, Kitty and Red are the ones who moved back in together after marrying high school sweethearts, while Eric stays at college. And while their friends are still living in the city, they are now all grown up.

Who is the creator of the show?

The series was created and directed by Bonnie Turner and Terry Turner. The Turners served as executive producers and showrunners of the comedy show “Normal, Ohio”. In the film, they worked together with the director Peter Segal to create a reboot of “That ’70s Show” in a feature-length film. They are best known for creating one of the best shows, 3rd Rock from the Sun, and also That “70s Show”.

What is the genre of the show? 

This series is a comedy focusing on the teen dramas of high school in the 1990s. The Netflix series will be based on the hit TV show “That ’70s Show”, which ran for eight seasons from 1998 to 2006. It was inspired by the 1981 film “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation”, but with a 1960s setting.
