After G.M. Lyons, the author of Twilight, called actor Henry Cavill a “perfect fit” to play Edward Cullen in the films based on her novel, Henry Cavill responded with a statement to Entertainment Weekly saying “I’ve just finished reading your e-mail and I’m blown away by your openness.” The 27-year-old actor continued by saying “I’m afraid at this stage I have to be the bearer of some bad news. I’m currently dating, living with, and very much in love with a wonderful woman who has no desire to be an actress at all. She’s not even an actress, doesn’t want to be one and frankly couldn’t act her way out of a paper bag.”
