What is the series about?
Created by Liz Feldman and starring Christina Applegate and Linda Cardellini, Dead to Me is a dark comedy about a powerful friendship that blossoms between a tightly wound widow and a free spirit with a shocking secret. Jen (Applegate ) is a Los Angeles mother of two who becomes obsessed with finding out who killed her husband. Her quest for answers leads her to an unlikely relationship with Judy (Cardellini), an out-of-work pharmaceutical rep who lives in the San Fernando Valley with her husband (James Marsden). Even though they lead completely different lives, the two find that their love of dark humor, alcohol, and drugs has created an unexpected bond. The new season will be directed by Liz Feldman (who is currently an executive producer on the series) in her first production as a Netflix original.
