The Adventurous Drama with Action ‘The Rings of Power’ season one reviews

The Rings of Power is an American TV series. The show is full of action, adventure, and drama. It follows two separate storylines one is told by Elves and the other is told by Gods. Each story goes through its struggles to find its way as a race but also find love in its journey that would be worth living for. The show depicts the struggles of not just humans in their personal lives but also how they struggled to find peace as a race. The show is very well made and it is worth watching. The first series titled “the rings of power” is set during the second age. It is based at the end of the War of the Elves and Sauron when we are back before Sauron acquires his physical form again and sets out to conquer Middle-Earth again. One of the main highlights of this series is its amazing plot lines that are hard to predict. It follows both stories with good flow.

What is the series about?

The main character is an elf named Isildur who narrates the series. He is on a quest to find his lost love and avenge the people that have been killed by Sauron(the bad guy.) The story starts in a dark place with Sauron having just won over Numenor and with him being all-powerful. There is one ring that he does not yet possess but there is still hope as the elves keep fighting tooth and nail against Sauron’s army to try to prevent him from getting all the rings. From here we are introduced to our hero Isildur, who annihilates his enemies through cunning, wit, and ruthless determination to destroy evil wherever it may hide. Told in two parallel storylines and with many characters, the series starts with a mix of epic fantasy and history. 

What is interesting about the series?

The show is very interesting. However, I do wish there were more fantasy aspects to the show. I mean all of this is based on a story that Tolkien originally didn’t write but rather a series of notes and writings Tolkien originally brought back from England to Middle Earth. It started as just a note that was supposed to be a history of Middle Earth but then became very big and played off into what we all later known as The Lord of the Rings.

Will there be a second Season?

Yes, there will be a second season for ‘The Rings Of Power’ as it was announced that the production for the second season will begin in the second half of 2022. On the 3rd of October 2022, the production finally began for season second in the UK.
