‘Westworld’ Season 4 Is Set To Release This November

“Westworld” Season 4 is set to release this November, with a ten-episode season that will take us deep into the future of this game-changing show. With Anthony Hopkins returning and some minor cast changes, the show looks to be evolving even more than before. Season three of “Westworld” lived up to the early hype, but the season finale had some major questions for fans to answer. How would Dolores find herself in the future? And was there a point to Bernard’s world-altering quest? The fact that we’ll have to wait until November, though, is still rather unfortunate. While there could be an extended time between seasons (as has happened in the past), that’s still far too long. But don’t worry; everything looks as good as it can get given that they’re working with ends and beginnings this late in the game.

What is the series about?
“Westworld” is one of those science-fiction shows that are technically a western, so Westworld fits (for better or worse) the typical tropes. While not specifically a western, the series is a bit on the weird side, so that’s bound to give it some extra cred in your eyes. The show centers around a futuristic resort in which guests can indulge in any fantasy they want, as long as it involves violent altercations with other humans. The HBO show has been compared to “Black Mirror,” but while “Black Mirror” is bleak and realistic, “Westworld” has more of an emphasis on cloning, enhanced technology, and outer space than anything else.
Who is our favorite character?
Although we can’t exclude the various robotic hosts from this question, I have to say that the character who has captured my heart more than any other is William (Ed Harris). William’s been around since the very beginning, and he was the main character for much of season one. William is a white hat guy, and he hadn’t been to Westworld before his friend needed someone to watch his back.
What fans are expecting from season 4?
“Westworld” is a show that keeps fans on their toes. No matter how brilliant you think you are, or how much experience you have with the show, there’s always something new to discover. With that in mind, the major question for season four is Dolores’ story. She seems to be going someplace; she’s with someone we haven’t seen before (likely Bernard), and she’s remembering more than William ever knew about her. However, that memory might not be hers at all.
