Moonage Daydream is the first film to be solely produced with cooperation from the David Bowie Estate. It was directed by Brett Morgen and executively produced by the filmmaker and RDF’s Jane Rose with the support of The Estate Of David Bowie, Tony Visconti, and Zane Weiner. As a bonafide hoarder, I can say that I’m looking forward to seeing what kind of footage and documentation he has been hoarding all these years. I am also pretty stoked to hear his final two recordings as well. I thought Blackstar was incredible, but I do not doubt that he had even more in store for us with his final musical works.
My Reviews Over This Documentary Film:
This just made my day. The first Bowie documentary will be released in 2022 and will feature new music from him. This is just the best movie of all time because he’s responsible, and since he has no plans to release all of his music on his official site, we get to witness this genius non-stop. It’s so incredibly sad, yet it captures every stage of his incredible journey through life. I never knew how much he put into his music and artistry. He was a true artist of the highest caliber and people just didn’t know that because they were too busy hating him for dressing like a total freak or giving off the wrong energy in interviews.
What is the initial release date?
The film is set for release in 2022. “It was released worldwide in cinemas on 23rd May 2022. It was made with cooperation from his estate.
