A theory about who the mysterious woman played by Natalie Portman will be in the upcoming Thor: Love and Thunder movie.
-Marvel Studios cast Natalie Portman and her character as “love”
-This quote from the director of Thor: Ragnarok seems to support this theory. The cast won’t know until they find out themselves, but this is an exciting outcome to think about! She’s not just one character. She’s more than that. She’s the love of Thor’s life. The one he keeps returning to. He can’t keep away from her, even in death.
-This theory is a bit out there, but I’ll try to explain why it makes sense and focus on the possibility of her being some kind of Biblical figure or a new character entirely.
Introduction to The Thor: Love and Thunder
The Thor has had his share of ups and downs — in real life, he’s not quite as popular as he is on the comics page. He’s still a major player though – he recently guests starred on Empire, with Chris Hemsworth playing him. He’s also a major player in the Marvel canon – and he’ll continue to be a major player in the future. That’s because the Thor: Love and Thunder comic book series is every bit as fun to read as it is easy to make fun of. At this writing, there are already three issues out – that means that there are at least three more issues left to go. No matter how you feel about the Thor comics, they’re going to be in your life for a while.

The storyline of The Thor: Love and Thunder
It’s a continuation of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), as well as an origin story for Marvel’s God of Thunder, Thor. In this second installment in Chris Hemsworth’s trilogy, he plays an older and more powerful version of his famous character. The film begins with Thor having just defeated his brother Loki, who had usurped the throne of Asgard and kidnapped their father, Odin, in Thor: Ragnarok. He banishes Loki to the depths of space and returns to Asgard, relieved to have saved his family and kingdom. Thor is told that the elements of Asgard must be brought together by two heirs. Odin must ascend to godhood, where he will then take his place on the throne and rule over all realms using the power he finds there.
Elsa Pataky reportedly believed Chris Hemsworth’s muscles from “Thor: Love and Thunder” were “too much,” according to Hemsworth
Chris Hemsworth has played Thor since 2011 and Elsa Pataky since 2012 but the actor revealed that his wife thought he was too muscly. Talking to Men’s Health magazine, Chris said his wife had never seen him shirtless when she first saw him playing Thor, but she had no qualms about her husband packing on muscle for their latest film. “She [Elsa] was like, ‘Oh my God! You have muscles!’ It took me a bit to convince her that it was not too much. She liked the muscles, but then she was like, ‘We gotta tone them down a little bit,’” Chris said.
The 33-year-old actor credits his wife for keeping him on the straight and narrow because he didn’t want to be “too much of a nice guy”. “She was very good at helping me stay in shape. I mean, I love food so it’s hard to do,” he said at the film’s premiere in London earlier this week. “I’ve never been too much of a nice guy.
