Lily Diaz is a law student who just moved to New York City to pursue her career. She has always wanted to help people and decided to attend law school after a professor encouraged her to give it a try. After two years in school, she became discouraged by the legal system and felt she would never be able to make an impact, but when her roommate’s brother, Jorge Diaz- played by Will Arnet -takes over their apartment for the summer, she decides that now is the time for a change.

Lily is struggling to find her purpose and is at a crossroads in her life. She is currently in law school but has no motivation and doesn’t feel like she belongs there anymore. Lily knows she wants to make a difference, but she doesn’t know how to do it or where to start. With the help of her brother Jorge and their friends, Lily embarks on a journey of self-discovery that helps her see just how far she’s come and where she wants to go next. The show centers around the search for love. The characters in With Love will face this struggle in many forms and come to realize that love is not as simple as it may seem. The show also focuses on friendship and the power that your friends can have on your life.

Who is the antagonist? What are its motives?

The antagonist is Lily’s fear of not knowing how to move forward with her life. She believes that the only way to find happiness and success is by getting a job she has always dreamed of, but by doing so she will have to give up on her goals and passions. She will be sacrificing who she is as a person to impress others, including herself. The antagonist’s motive is to convince Lily that her endeavors are not worth pursuing and that the only way to find happiness is by settling for an unfulfilling life.

What are the epic scenes?

This is a romantic comedy, so there will be countless cute and funny moments that keep the audience laughing and rooting for the characters. However, the scenes that readers will most likely be talking about are the ones that deal with Lily’s decision to drop out of law school. This is a pretty epic scene in the story because it is what causes the story to go in a different direction than what was originally planned. Without this scene, Lily would not have become close to several of her friends and classmates. Also, if she hadn’t dropped out of law school she would not have been able to take time off from studying to travel on her sister’s wedding trip.

Who is the most loved character?

The most loved character is Lily because she is so relatable. She struggles with making decisions and sometimes feels lost, but she dares to overcome these obstacles and grow as a person. She is also very caring towards others, which makes her easy to love.
