What is the plot of the story ?
Trevor is a poor little boy living in the slums of Skibbereen .Who has to walk many miles to school . And back every day. One day, with his best friend Tommy on his back . He comes across an abandoned library with a special book on stars and planets. Trev decides to take this book from the library . And when he arrives back home he has no idea that this turn of events will change his life for ever.
Now Trev has to grow up, find a job and face the challenge of being a grown up. He only cares about looking cool and having money to impress girls .He hates doing homework, he has no intellectual interests .Trevor likes to hang out with his girls, listen to loud rap music and party all night long. But now a new girl has arrived in town, Desiree , and she is really different from the others .

The cast include Ava Briglia , Sammy Dell , Josh Horgan , Alexandra Jacobs , Anna Kavanagh , Sebastian Kindregan .Trevor, is played by Sebastian Kindregan . Who also wrote and directed the movie .The main girl in Trevor is Desiree, she is played by Alexandra Jacobs . The main girl’s friend, who gets into trouble with the rest of the gang ,is played by Anna Kavanagh with Ava Briglia as her younger sister .Sammy Dell plays another one of Trevor’s friends called Tommy. Who joins Trevor in his crazy adventures and pranks. Josh Horgan plays Trevor’s enemy at school, Malcolm Molloy.
What are the challenges they face ?
Trevor faces many challenges in his life. At school he is bullied because of his inability to do homework .He has no intellectual interests and he doesn’t have friends other than Tommy. When Trevor finds the library book with the story about stars and planets. He decides to take it and escapes to meet a girl called Desiree. But in order to find this girl .Trevor must travel back home . Where we learn that his father is living in poverty . And that his mother has been diagnosed with cancer.
They are struggling to make ends meet in their home town of Skibbereen . But they refuse everything that comes their way . The themes are about following your dreams .Never giving up and having courage . When you face challenges in your life .Trevor has to grow up, learn how to get a job and he also learns that girls are not only good for kissing and flirting with. He gradually discovers that there is more to life than having money . And being cool. He learns how to take responsibility for his actions . And how to respect other people’s interests if he wants them to respect his .
Who is the antagonist ? What are its motives ?
The antagonist is not really seen in the film as Trevor, who has no friends and when he finds a book about stars and planets, he takes it without permission, and goes to meet Desiree. But Trevor keeps on with his plans and when he finally gets to meet the lady from the library, the lady wants him to give her back her book . He refuses and the lady asks him to face the music as she calls his parents.

But Desi ree speaks in Trevor’s defence and before long, Trevor is invited to her house for dinner. The film ends with Trevor and her family celebrating on the school steps for Trevor who has new friends, a job and a place to live in the city with his mother. In the final song “Trevor, I Love You”, Desiree explains that she has been in love before but was unable to tell her true feelings until Trevor came along. She loves him so much that she doesn’t even remember his name but gives him a nickname instead – Trevor.
