The most epic scene in the movie is the final confrontation between Sergeant Howie and Lord Summerisle. This takes place inside the Wicker Man, which is burning while they fight. Sergeant Howie eventually overpowers Lord Summerisle and throws him into the flames, killing him.

Who is the most loved character ?

The most loved character in the movie is Sergeant Howie. He is a hero who stands up for what he believes in .  And is willing to sacrifice himself to save others.
