When Steve Bonnet abandoned his life of privilege to become a pirate. He did not think that the world would ever see another such decorated ship. He became one of America’s most famous pirates. And is remembered as someone who helped found Fort Nassau on Hudson Bay in 1735 with Henry Basset II – also known by many around these parts today!

He was eventually captured by authorities and executed in 1718. Ironically, his flagship – which he had adorned with so many pirate flags – flew an American flag at the time of his death.
