He fights the Nokkers in order to keep her safe and minimizes his sleep so that no one may attack them. Pioran soon understands that she will perish, and wants to be reborn into something beneficial for her friend. The Beholder then shows her a white globe, and as soon as she touches it, Fushi’s friend vanishes into it, leaving him devastated.
Season 2 will see Fushi unable to move on from the deaths of his friends, and he will be stranded on the island for decades. He will be alone on the island for decades. The Nokkers will appear, and Hisame, Hayase’s grandaughter, will come to visit him. She vows to stay with him at all times and resist the Nokkers.
