Cobra Kai Season 4: Is It Premiering On Netflix Soon?

“Cobra Kai” will return to Netflix in December for its fourth season. The teaser for Season 4 of the hit web series, which is now being considered for an Emmy, teases “Gather your courage, prepare to defend. Karate is coming to the world’s biggest stage”.

Although the All Valley Karate Tournament is what many people think of when they hear about karate, Netflix has already helped bring karate to a global stage.

Cobra Kai, a continuation of the beloved 1980s “The Karate Kid” franchise, originally premiered in 2018 as part of YouTube Premium. Unsurprisingly, the original “Cobra Kai” series was a huge success on YouTube Premium.

When Netflix lost the broadcast rights to this content, they acquired and produced two more seasons. When the original series ended, Netflix purchased and greenlit Seasons 3 and 4.

The show mixes snippets of season footage with promotional shots and iconic scenes from the original Karate Kid film franchise to provide an emotional warning.

The show comes from co-creators Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg. Will Smith, James Lassiter, Caleeb Pinkett, and Susan Ekins are the executive producers of the show. Macchio and Zabka are the co-executive producers.

The third season was released on New Year’s Day 2021 and picked up four Emmy nominations, including one for a Best Stunt Performance in a Comedy Series.
