The wait is finally over! Eric Kripke, showrunner for The Boys Season 3, has shared updates on the plot and cast of season three. He revealed that the third season will be based on “the book’s second volume” and will include a new character named Simone, who Eric describes as “an Asian woman with powers.” Eric also states that he is excited to work with Garret Dillahunt in this upcoming season.

About the Series “The Boys”

The Boys is a series by Eric Kripke that has been adapted to live-action for Amazon. The plot focuses on the CIA’s Expendable Operations Team, “a black ops team of superheroes who take it upon themselves to police and eliminate those super-powered beings that abuse their powers.” Eric Kripke also created Supernatural and Revolution, so this will be his fourth TV show in production.
