Famed cat and mouse duo Tom & Jerry are back in a brand new adventure, with all the mayhem and laughs you’ve come to expect. When Jerry’s family of mice accidentally causes an explosion at a laboratory, they find themselves on the run from their old nemesis Butch Cat and his gang of alley cats. The chase takes them through Manhattan, where they must depend on their quick wits–and each other–to survive!

What will be the story?

The story will follow Jerry and his family of mice as they escape the laboratory after an explosion. They find themselves on the run from their old nemesis Butch Cat who is now guarding a secret stash of something or other Puss’ property for Thanksgiving Dinner. ~~~ When our feline heroes finally make it upstate to Grandma Puss’ house for Thanksgiving Dinner, it seems that Butch Cat has been slinking around her property too…guarding a secret stash of something or other

But when we get there, things are not quite what they seem! It turns out Tom isn’t exactly pleased with his relatives either – especially one obnoxious cousin named Henny-Penny.

Tom and Jerry don’t like each other very much, but they sort of getting along when there’s no one else around to bother them…except for a whole lot of HENNY-PENNY!

And even though it looks like the food may have been tampered with by Butch Cat after all – we’re not going to let that spoil our Thanksgiving dinner. After fixing Grandma Puss’ house from all its recent damages, Tom and Jerry are ready for anything–even if it means having to share their home turf with an old enemy or two.”}

Tom and Jerry are the main characters of this story. Butch Cat is one of their enemies who will be seen in this episode, but he has made an appearance before. Henny Penny makes her debut in Tom and Jerry in New York as a pesky cousin to both cats- she appears at Grandma Puss’ house early on in the episode, when they first arrive back from Thanksgiving dinner with Granny Mouse’s family. Other relatives make appearances later on during flashbacks to previous Christmases; ‘Aunt Grace,’ ‘Uncle Max,’ ‘Nephew Dan’, and more!}

Henny Penny is the cousin of Tom and Jerry. She pops up at Grandma Puss’s house early on in the episode, when they first arrive back from Thanksgiving dinner with Granny Mouse’s family.

Tom and Jerry have been enemies for a very long time – ever since their 1947 debut in “Puss Gets The Boot.” Butch Cat makes an appearance in this newest adventure – he has also appeared before (most notably in 1958’s “Jerry And The Lion,” where he was voiced by Daws Butler

Aunt Grace is Tom’s sister, and Jerry is his nephew by marriage. This may be the reason that they are such good friends!}

Tom can also use his body as a weapon – he has these spiky things on him for just this purpose. He didn’t have them in “Puss Gets The Boot,” but it was still cat-against-mouse brother/sister antics.}

The cartoon comedy had its origins with MGM director William Hanna (1911 – 2001), who first met fellow animator Joseph Barbera (born 1911) when both were working at Metro Goldwyn Mayer studios back in 1937; together, they created some of Hollywood’s most famous animated characters like Huckleberry Hound
