Seasons 1-4 of CBS’ “The Good Fight” covered a wide range of topics, but the series came to an end as Season 4 was cut short by the pandemic. The show’s fifth and final season will return to characters Adrian and Lucca, who resigned from their law firm at the end of Season 3 amid much uncertainty.

As Diane attempts to move on in a post-Lucca world, her race could come into question. One of the challenges “The Good Fight” Season 4 faced was expediting several loose ends. From Adrian and Lucca’s story to Diane asking Liz to possibly become a co-partner at her firm, there are still many unanswered questions.

Mandy Patinkin’s newcomer Hal Wackner will “become entangled” with Marissa and the firm when he opens his own courtroom in the back of a store.
