Release Date
The third season of this TV series was unique due to Covid-19. It not only changed the schedule of production but also affected the nature of the show. Throughout the series, we have seen the doctors battling with the virus, not only professionally but also personally.
Due to the fact that Covid-19 played a serious role in Season 3, the release date was delayed. We didn’t meet our favorite doctors again after the season 2 finale until March 2021. But do we have to wait until March of 2022 to see them after June 8’s Season 3 finale? Here’s what we know about the new season!
First of all, Season four is going to be set in New Amsterdam. This means that we’ll meet new doctors and see them fight the virus on their own turf. On a brighter note, it looks like Covid-19 might be cured! But who knows? These medical professionals are always one step ahead of us – they know what we’re going to ask before we even have the chance.
But what about Season four’s release date? It was supposed to be October, but now it looks like 2020 is out of the picture, and 2021 seems more realistic. This means that we’ll just have to wait a little longer until June 2023 for New Amsterdam: Season Four!
