The movie has become a cult classic, and adults love watching it too. This article will discuss what to expect from Hocus Pocus 2: What Are You Expecting?

What is “Hocus Pocus”?

Hocus Pocus: The Movie is a 1993 American comedy horror film. It was written and directed by Kenny Ortega, who also served as director for the sequel. In 2019 they were making a sequel to what has become an iconic movie, with everyone wondering if it will be just as good.

The original had three witches return from 17th-century Salem, Massachusetts, after 300 years of being animated in cat form following their execution on Halloween night 1693 at the hands of young villagers led by Mary Sanderson (Sarah Jessica Parker). They plan to cast another spell using witchcraft’s most powerful item – a book – that would turn every man, woman, and child into obedient slaves under their command during next year’s Halloween.

The 2019 sequel will be directed by the original director Kenny Ortega and produced by David Kirschner, who served as executive producer on both Hocus Pocus films.
