Upon its release, the show received mixed responses from the critics and audiences but gradually picked pace in viewership. Regarding the second season, we have some good news.

With regards to the second season, we have some good news. In July 2020, the second season of ‘Space Force’ was in active development after initial doubts of the show being a misfire subsided. Cast members of season 2:

The cast of ‘Space Force’ season two is filled with many familiar faces and more than a few newcomers to the comedy scene. Keir O’Donnell will be playing Steve, who serves as press secretary for President Kirkman in Season One (alongside his co-castmate Anthony Edwards). His role expands into taking on the position of Vice President after Mike Pence’s departure from office during an assassination attempt at Marley & Me Pet Care Headquarters that leaves him in critical condition.

We’re expecting to see a lot of new faces when the show returns. Grey’s Anatomy star Chandra Wilson will be playing President Kirkman’s Chief of Staff, Marjorie. Wilson is known for her role as Dr. Miranda Bailey in the ABC drama series Grey’s Anatomy, which she played from 2005 to 2018

Rashida Jones will also be joining the cast of Space Force as Vice President Mike Pence’s Chief of Staff Patricia Whitmore-Shea.

Brian Huskey takes on a new character named Blake, who has been framed for murder and sent into exile by his newly appointed president brother Kevin, played by Steve Carell (The Office). He returns with an agenda that includes exposing Kevin while trying to dispose of any evidence linking him to the crime he was accused of committing. Rashad Akhtar rounds out this season two newcomer list playing Arsalan Rahmani–who at first glance is a kindly, doting grandfather. But his true colors are revealed when he becomes the vice president of Iran and plots to cripple America’s economy by attacking its oil supply

what can we expect from season two??

Space Force Season Two, to the surprise of many viewers, doesn’t start where it left off at all. It opens with a scene in which President Kevin Durant (Steve Carrell) is announcing his new Vice President: Blake Lawrence, played by Brian Huskey. But things are not as they seem when we see that he’s been framed for murder and sent into exile by Kevin–and then returns from exile after being pardoned due to an agreement between the brothers. His agenda includes exposing Kevin while trying to dispose of any evidence linking him to the crime he was accused of committing — but this isn’t what you may expect coming from season two! The rest of the first episode deals with Rashad Akhtar playing Arsalan “Mack” Maktoum, who is an agent of the National Security Agency. He’s investigating a terrorist group called “The Prophet,” which also happens to be led by Blake Lawrence!

It seems as though it will provide many more surprises than people were expecting because Kevin Durant is revealed in episode one. Viewers are only given a small glimpse into his motivations for being elected President (which might not have been all honest). We’ll never know whether or not he was actually assassinated at some point during Season Two due to him coming back with new vigor–but I think this may become clearer later on.
