A story about the new season:

The story followed Kim Hyeon-jin’s life when she was kidnapped by terrorists due to her parents working for American intelligence agencies…She is rescued by a group of people who call themselves “the Border,” and she is then taken to the borderland where her new life begins.

The first episode starts with Hyeon-jin being awakened in an unknown location by two men speaking Arabic. The three are playing cards when they’re interrupted by gunshots outside. They walk over to the window, where one of them grabs his sniper rifle from the balcony just as tanks start appearing on screen. It’s clear that there was some kind of battle going on, and it seems like another one has begun because all you see now are soldiers running around while gunfire echoes out in different parts of town.

Hyeon-jin is a child soldier who’s been brainwashed and trained by the North Korean military to kill. She was captured in the Southern city of Sokcho, South Korea, when she attempted to assassinate an American reporter visiting with little success. Her handlers for her original mission are not pleased that she failed, so they send Hyeon-jun back south, where he runs into more trouble from his old enemies and long-lost friends as well as a new love interest named Jinju. Who gets caught up in all this mess too…

She has also just given birth to twins: one girl (Sunghee) and one boy (Changwoo).

Is it worth watching?

Yes! It’s worth watching. If you want to know what will happen this season, then you should go and buy a ticket for it because the show is really good. The plot of the whole show is based on North Korea so if you are interested in North Korea, then definitely check out Alice In Borderland Season II.

I am totally addicted to this awesome thriller suspense South Korean TV Show which has got many twists and turns by starting its journey as an innocent comedy but later turned into a serious dark psychological thriller mystery.
