Back in the previous year, Amazon Prime Video came up with a fantasy series named Carnival Row. It is based on a film script titled A Killing on Carnival Row by Travis Beacham. It cast stars Orlando Bloom and Cara Delevingne in the lead roles. Beacham and René Echevarria are the creators of the series. The first season of the fantasy series premiered on the streaming platform on August 30, 2019.

Amazon gave the green light to the second season of the series even before the first season’s premiere. The streaming giant already knows about the scope of the series, so they quickly renewed it for a new season. The production of the second season began in the previous year, but Amazon has to pause it because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Filming only able to complete the first five episodes of the upcoming season. Now Amazon decided to release the first five episodes, and after that, they will release the final four episodes when production can be finished. We are expecting Carnival Row season 2 to start releasing episodes on Prime Video in 2021.

Carnival Row series centered on a detective and a fairy who fixes a serious affair in a fantasy world. Many things changed at the end of the first season. A political angle will also appear in the second season, but differently, like it will be not similar to the real-world situations, as per the creator Travis Beacham.
